Responsibilities:
• Providing daily technical support for production processes;
• Using problem solving methods to address customer complaints, conduct investigations, develop root cause analysis, determine countermeasures and document;
• Supporting project macro-schedules with detailed engineering micro-schedules to ensure accurate and timely project completion;
• Identifying VE/VA ideas and standard parts to be implemented into new product designs;
• Leading or participating in continuous improvement activities;
• Establishing and continually improving procedures for processes, and providing training on the processes to production personnel.
• One or more years of production engineering experience;
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing production, processes and systems;
• Strong technical skills;
• Good interpersonal, communication and training skills.
