Responsibilities:
• Leading the plant in the implementation of best practices and lean manufacturing;
• Assisting plant management and Continuous Improvement teams with planning and facilitating strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activities;
• Coaching and training associates in lean manufacturing and problem-solving principles.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineer experience;
• Must have Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience;
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with change management principles and the ability to drive and manage the change process;
• Continuous Improvement planning, facilitating strategic plans, kaizen workshops;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and presentation skills.
