Responsibilities:
• Planning, designing, and implementing manufacturing processes for new product designs;
• Providing daily technical support and training for the assembly processes;
• Analyzing assembly line layouts, workflow, methods, change-over-fixturing, gauges, WIP storage, and tool storage;
• Developing APQP requirements, including PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Process Design Sheets;
• Ensuring that all project milestones are tracked and completed on time;
• Identifying VE/VA ideas and standard parts.
• 3+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience;
• APQP, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, Process Design Sheets;
• Value Engineering/Value Analysis;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Proficient in standard business software including MS Office programs.
