Responsibilities:
- Leading projects for the maintenance, upgrading and modification of heavy industrial machinery;
- Specs, selection, procurement and qualification of industrial equipment for the facility;
- Installation, start-up and modification of equipment;
- Modifying electrical control systems;
- Programming PLCs and SCR drives;
- Troubleshooting electrical maintenance problems.
Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in industrial electrical controls equipment;
- Must have experience programming PLCs and AC/DC experience;
- Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD;
- High voltage equipment experience is highly desired;
- Experience in metals and/or rolling mill is a plus.
